Grand Hotel Arenzano’s Ristorante La Veranda, just a few miles from Genoa,

Ivano Ricchebono, a starred chef who regularly features in the Italian TV programme “La prova del cuoco”,
has been co-operating with the Grand Hotel Arenzano as the Executive Chef since February 2016.
The restaurant, that he run in an inventive and passionate manner,
is the perfect place to discover the best the regional and national cuisines have to offer,
with a particular and genuine focus on seafood and fish dishes,
as well as local specialities such as pesto (a basil sauce)
and focaccia (a flat oven-baked bread product).
