Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to request and availability, and an additional fee applies.
Italian guests and European Union citizens must present a valid national identity card or passport upon arrival. Non-EU citizens must provide a valid passport. Please note that minors must also possess their own valid form of identification. No other forms of identification will be accepted.
Bio SPA: Access to the Bio SPA is not included in the room rate. It is available upon request, subject to availability and for an additional fee. To ensure exclusivity, entry is reserved solely for families or private groups of up to a maximum of four people.
Fitness Center: Complimentary service for our guests. The gym is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Daily Rates:
€ 55.00 per station (includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds);
€ 15.00 per additional sunbed;
€ 15.00 for the use of the changing cabin.
Services:
A small bar and cold buffet area is available inside the beach club, reserved exclusively for our guests.
A complimentary shuttle service is active from June 1st to September 13th. During peak periods, guests may need to wait for the next scheduled trip.
Please be informed that the final access path to the beach includes stone steps.
Private hotel parking is available at a rate of € 15.00 per day for cars and is accessible from check-in until check-out. Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and the area is unattended.
Small pets are welcome at the hotel for a supplement of € 15.00 per day. Please note that pets are not permitted in the restaurant, swimming pool, or beach areas. An extra cleaning fee may be applied if the room requires deep cleaning upon departure.
Our rates are dynamic and may vary at any time based on demand, the date of the request, and specific stay characteristics. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is final and cannot be modified.
